Shipping policy

At DR DENT Whitening, we work to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the destination.

These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the customer's location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available, so you can check the shipment status at any time.

Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undelivered Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond DENT Whitening's control (recipient not present, incorrect address, package refusal), reshipment or a refund is not guaranteed.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or has any problems, please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the package and the product.
